Electronic music collective Lords of Acid has released “Ich Will Nur Das,” their fourth single of 2026, via Metropolis Records on September 11, 2026. The track features guest vocals by American electronic musician and Metropolis labelmate Mari Kattman, who performs the lyrics entirely in German.
Artistic Collaboration
According to Lords of Acid founder Praga Khan, the song juxtaposes aggressive, industrial-tinged verses with a traditional melodic chorus. Kattman, who has been touring in support of her recent solo album Year Of The Katt, was selected specifically for the track. Khan noted that her distinct pronunciation adds a unique character to the performance, aligning with the thematic contrast of the song.
Upcoming Album and Tour Details
“Ich Will Nur Das” follows three previously released singles: “Karaoke Superstar” featuring Princess Superstar, “Dream Boy” featuring Carla Harvey, and “El Mundo Está Loco” featuring Tony & The Kiki. All four tracks are featured on the band’s upcoming full-length album, titled Mundo Bizarro.
The digital streaming version of Mundo Bizarro is scheduled for release on October 15, 2026, to coincide with the launch of the second leg of the group’s “Cheeky Freaky” US tour. Physical editions, including LP and CD formats, alongside digital download options, will follow on November 6, 2026, via Metropolis Records.
