PIG Releases New Album ‘Hurt People Hurt’ and Announces 2026 Tour Dates

by coldwarnightlife

Industrial rock project PIG, led by Raymond Watts, has released its latest studio album, Hurt People Hurt, via Metropolis Records. The ten-track album was officially released on May 22, 2026, and is available in LP, CD, and digital formats. Watts collaborated on the songwriting for this release with Jim Davies, formerly of The Prodigy and Pitchshifter.

Album Details and Singles

The release of Hurt People Hurt follows two advance singles. The first, “Tosca’s Kiss,” features a music video directed by E Gabriel Edvy, drawing inspiration from Watts’ interest in opera. The second single, “Sex & Suicide,” was accompanied by a lyric video directed by Grete Stitch Laus. According to Watts, the album represents a continuation of the project’s signature dark, electronic-driven soundscapes.

Upcoming Tour Dates

In support of the new album, PIG has scheduled international performances throughout 2026. The band is set to play two sold-out concerts in Tokyo, Japan, on June 25 and 26. In September, PIG will perform in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Austin as part of the Cold Waves XIV festival. Additionally, four UK tour dates have been confirmed for December 2026:

  • December 10: Rebellion, Manchester
  • December 11: Nightrain, Bradford
  • December 12: Ivory Blacks, Glasgow
  • December 13: The Lexington, London

A comprehensive North American tour is expected to be announced in the near future.
