Electronic dance group Lords Of Acid have released “Dream Boy,” their second single of 2026. Issued on May 15, 2026, via Metropolis Records, the track is now available on streaming platforms and Bandcamp.
According to the band, “Dream Boy” addresses the themes of addiction, pain, and isolation. The track features a musical dialogue designed to convey tension alongside a reggae-inspired chorus. Vocalist Carla Harvey, formerly of the metal band Butcher Babies, performs the lead vocals, continuing her role since joining the group in early 2025.
Upcoming Seventh Studio Album
The single follows “Karaoke Superstar,” a collaborative release featuring American vocalist and DJ Princess Superstar. Metropolis Records has confirmed that both “Dream Boy” and “Karaoke Superstar” will be featured on Lords Of Acid’s forthcoming seventh studio album, scheduled for release in late 2026. The upcoming album will feature Harvey alongside several guest vocalists.
