Norway’s Juno came onto our radar through Kine Sandbæk Jensen’s involvement in Karin Park’s live band. Providing vocal, synth and percussion support, she was an excellent fit for Park’s show, and our curiosity was piqued by the information that she had a musical project of her own. The releases we were able to find online, under the name Pieces of Juno, intrigued us with leftfield electronics. Now comes the welcome news that a new track, “Same to Me,” produced by Oxóssi, has been given a video to accompany it. The song is leftfield and quirky, but also warm and engaging. Just the thing for a Fall soundtrack.
